How we do

We have a team of individuals who are from various backgrounds coming together to pool our experience and knowledge to provide companies the best possible marketing solutions for every ICO so they are able to achieve their targets.

As a new team member

Responsibilities: Pre-handover - Understanding of ICO Model You will need to internalize the whitepaper to understand what the project is about, and summarize aspects of the project into bite-sized elements. These information will be gathered into a document used to onboard all parties involved in the project about the technology, business model, token sale structure, formats and other details. As CMs (Community Managers), you are expected to assess and to have understood and be capable of tackling the project are then assigned and on-boarded fully using the documentation available, in the form of a seeded FAQ. Telegram Community Management - Provide 24 Hours (each CM will be expected to cover for at least 12 consecutive hours per day) Complete Coverage for ICO’s Community Chat (Telegram group) - Maintain ICO’s Announcement Channel - Seed relevant marketing materials provided by the Company as instructed - Maintain Full Presence in the Chat - Seed knowledge - Provide accurate knowledge and help to structure the engagement strategy of Community Management Guidelines - Respond no longer than 15 minutes after a question or important engagement has occurred in the Telegram chat, with instruction to reply immediately. - Be available for information sharing and follow updated guidelines. - Monitor and promote activity within the chat (no break of communication / messages in the Telegram chat of longer than 30 minutes) - Remove or address unwanted elements within the chat. - Be nice, friendly, and professional to everyone - Welcome newcomers during inactive periods to present activity - Respond to queries in a swift and polite manner - Minimize toxicity in the channel in order to promote a self-regulatory culture - Thank members for assisting in answering questions, to promote a self-managing community, and look out for potential future community volunteers to assist - Thank members for promoting the ICO and motivate word-of- mouth marketing - Promote available materials and summaries of the team’s progress and project - Remove or redirect posts pertaining to outright speculative price talks in order to minimize speculative trading - Direct hard technical questions to relevant personnel within 15 minutes after question(s) asked - Direct investment questions to relevant personnel or email within 15 minutes after question(s) asked - Improve the internal FAQ with questions asked to facilitating improving the public FAQ** Requirements: - Friendly and professional - Excellent spoken and written English skills a must Click "Want To Visit" to apply.
