The Role :
We are looking for a Client Success Manager who will work as part of a small but growing start-up team. This is a unique opportunity for an energetic and self motivated individual to be part of a team developing a truly innovative and high potential technology service. The role will report directly to the CEO.
Responsibilities :
- Establish Customer Support Practices
- Provide Technical and Product Support, and involve the Engineering team and other Professionals as needed
- Provide Demos of the service (either in person or over video conference) to current and prospective clients
- Using our inhouse Task management tools to collaborate with Clients on Support matters
- Map out the Client Success journey from Trials all the way to Offboarding
Minimum Qualifications :
- Undergraduate Degree (or equivalent)
- English proficiency
- 3 years+ experience either working in Corporate Services or at a Technology company doing Customer/Client Success work
Bonus Qualifications :
- Accounting/Law education and/or experience.
