By building a platform that allows businesses to work transparently and efficiently with their professional services providers on their corporate governance and finances. We strongly believe that doing great business starts with smart corporate governance. We’re a team of diverse go-getters who’ve built Zave with the intention of making big changes in the Corporate Governance space and the desire to make the journey of entrepreneurship just a tiny bit easier.

As a new team member

The Role : We are looking for a Client Success Manager who will work as part of a small but growing start-up team. This is a unique opportunity for an energetic and self motivated individual to be part of a team developing a truly innovative and high potential technology service. The role will report directly to the CEO. Responsibilities : - Establish Customer Support Practices - Provide Technical and Product Support, and involve the Engineering team and other Professionals as needed - Provide Demos of the service (either in person or over video conference) to current and prospective clients - Using our inhouse Task management tools to collaborate with Clients on Support matters - Map out the Client Success journey from Trials all the way to Offboarding Minimum Qualifications : - Undergraduate Degree (or equivalent) - English proficiency - 3 years+ experience either working in Corporate Services or at a Technology company doing Customer/Client Success work Bonus Qualifications : - Accounting/Law education and/or experience.
