As a Customer Success Associate, you will be responsible for - Approaching and meeting female members to introduce our services. - Responsible for development and implementation of activities within the department. - Create, maintain and update database of customers with complete information and emails. - Refer customers’ needs or inquiries to appropriate departments like sales, marketing, administrative or other departments. - Assist and support sales, marketing or other departments in handling customer requests and needs. Requirements: - 1 - 2 years of sales or telemarketing experience preferred - Plus point if you have business development or customer relations experience - Ability to speak and write clearly and accurately - Good client engagement ability (e.g. communication and presentation skills) - Knowledge of customer service principles and practices - Willingness to co-operate with others and work to the greater good - Multi-tasking capabilities; People-oriented - Candidates who are available to start immediately or in a short-notice period preferred.
