We are hiring a Customer Support Associate to play a pivotal role in helping Switcheo Network achieve its goal as a leading cryptocurrency exchange in the blockchain space.
You will be responsible for addressing all Switcheo Network’s customers inquiries and assist in core team projects if required.
Switcheo Network is the first decentralized exchange built on the NEO platform, and is expanding into upcoming blockchains such as QTUM and Cardano. We aspire to be the first multi-chain decentralized exchange that offers an exceptional user experience and aims to be the first avenue for liquidity after the tokens release on any blockchains.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to all customers technical inquires promptly and professionally
- Contact customers promptly by email or assigned channels
- Stay informed on product updates, industry trends, system changes and customer support best practices
- Work closely with project stakeholders to build, maintain and ensure the integrity and security of Switcheo Exchange.
- Other duties as assigned to support the department
Applicants are expected to have:
Minimum
- Proficiency in English
- Diploma or equivalent required
- Strong customer orientation
- Adaptable to fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skill
- Ability to perform multi-task, prioritise and manage time efficiently
- Ability to handle complex problems and issues independently
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior-experience in customer service support
- Demonstrated ability to handle conflict verbally and in written correspondence
- Interest or involvement in blockchain or other distributed ledger technologies
- Interest in high user growth environment
