1. Plan, manage and execute all corporate and marketing communications for delivery of key messages to target audiences in order achieve the company’s overall objectives in line with our corporate and brand identity.
2. Develop initiatives to increase company’s brand awareness and establish relevant and effective co-branding partnerships.
Manage and execute all media and PR communications and events.
3. Maintain and foster close working relationships with key media and external stakeholders such as business partners, co-branding partners, associations etc.
4. Design marketing campaigns using online, offline and co-marketing activities targeting key consumer profiles in line with brand and corporate guidelines and regional initiatives.
5. Overall responsibility for digital strategy and communications.
6. Work closely with the 3rd party suppliers who manage aspects such as web hosting, social media and design.
7. Collaborating closely with the sales and customer service teams to develop and deliver a strong marketing and events calendar across retail channels.
8. Provide marketing support to overseas business partners through active collaboration on marketing strategies.
Requirements:
1. Degree or higher level in Marketing or Business Administration with more than 5 years experience in public relations / marketing communications / brand marketing.
2. Experience in retail/F&B sectors would be advantageous.
3. Must be excellent in oral and written communication; interpersonal and negotiation skills.
4. Microsoft office proficiency is a prerequisite.
5. Excellent networking skills; planning and organization skills and the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
6. Knowledge of Online environment, e-marketing experience, CRM measures and direct marketing campaigns a plus.
Event Management experience is essential.
7. Exhibit strong business acumen and strong analytical and project management skills.
8. Team- player with a demonstrated ability to problem solve.
