As a new team member

As a Senior Human Resource Manager (Recruitment) you will be assisting with the entire recruitment and selection process of Paktor Group. You will be responsible for the following: - The entire recruitment process where you will work with Operations to understand the different staffing needs across all levels/regions, manpower planning and deployment. - Liaising with recruitment firms and agencies to advertise hiring needs, work with government agencies to fill required positions - Onboarding new employees as well as planning and executing retention plans for the organisation - Headhunting suitable candidates who may already be in work - Calling up candidates who have applied to the organisation and screening their resumes and CVs - Coordinating and scheduling interviews with respective regional leads, as well as to interview potential candidates - Other ad-hoc HR duties and projects assigned by the management Requirements: - At least a diploma in any field, preferably in Human Resource - At least 4 years of experience in Human Resource Generalist Role - Must have experience in recruitment activities - Possess good communication skills - Proficient in MS Office and Google web applications - Able to work independently and with a team with minimal supervision - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure with tight deadlines - High initiative, independent and ability to thrive in a fast-based start-cup company - People-oriented - Candidates who are available immediately (no notice period) preferred
