Reporting directly to the Senior Manager- People & Talent, you will receive first hand practical exposure to various aspects of HR such as talent acquisition, people operations and talent development. During the internship, we’ll make sure that you also get an opportunity to learn from, and collaborate with, colleagues in different business functions.
What kind of fun will you get up to at GoBear?
• You’ll contribute in the development and maintenance of people records
• You’ll assist in the talent acquisition process, specifically, screening candidates, updating recruitment trackers and coordinating interviews
• You’ll take lead in the benefits administration of all new hires
• You’ll assist in the on-boarding process to ensure an excellent employee experience
• You’ll contribute in a variety of high-impact projects such as career development framework, compensation benchmarking, performance management, etc.
