Job Description
Project-based role focused on identifying and implementing solutions to face new opportunities and address challenges in Shopee’s Cross-Border Business, ensuring they align with the company’s strategic objectives
Conduct deep-dive analysis on new opportunities and current issues including spearheading projects to optimise existing practices related to but not limited to Business Development, Operations, and Logistics
Analyse key business performance indicators and innovate or re-engineer processes based on industry best practices and our accelerator as well as lead issue management and develop short-term and long-term solution
Work on ad-hoc projects and assignments with the most efficient execution

越境EC事業における新たな成長機会や課題に対して、Shopee全体の戦略と整合するソリューションの特定・実装を行うプロジェクト型業務
ビジネス開発、オペレーション、物流を含む既存プロセスの最適化を目的とした課題分析・改善プロジェクトのリード
主要KPIの分析を通じて、業界のベストプラクティスや自社アクセラレータを基にプロセスの革新・再設計を推進。短期および長期の課題解決策を提案・実行
各種アドホックなプロジェクト・タスクを、スピード感と効率性をもって遂行
プロジェクト遂行中に必要な会議の設定・運営および、会議後のタスク実施状況のフォローアップ
各種プロジェクトにおいて、関係各所との連携を通じた計画策定・進捗管理・目標達成・納期管理を実施
プロジェクトの進捗状況、課題、リスクをまとめたレポートを作成し、ステークホルダーへ適切に報告
