Owners Planning Co., Ltd. is the mid-small sized real estate agency company, with 15 employees, locates in the downtown of Osaka, Japan. Our main duty is management/lease and selling&buying of real estate properties. We also sell the properties by private contract, which is a minor business in the territory of real estate. Plus, lately overseas project team has been offering agency service for mainly Korean students seeking flats in Japan, and so on. HOSTEL JIN is our bland new travel accommodation project features its ground floor's cafe&lounge bar launched on 7th Feb, 2017. Within just the first year, HOSTEL JIN has already welcomed over 20,000 guests from all over the world as well as Japan. Our service is nowadays being highly evaluated in many review sites, so we estimate that more guests will visit us towards Olympic in 2020 year by year. We are working so hard and enjoying it for the guests' best memory and stay in Japan as our primary mission.

「JIN＝仁」 means the mind of "compassion" or "philanthropy". To be the delightful place for the guests, we named the hostel so, and offering the best service. Logo design is based on the image of a place to come back, as birds come back to their home tree, and we hope HOSTEL JIN becomes the one for everyone. To make it, we especially focus more on cleaning rooms and facilities, maintenance of the venue and of course, perfect hospitality as far as possible. All for the guests, and all for the staffs, we respect colleagues' background and humbly but enthusiastically work with joy to offer the best service.

For better and more efficient projects to promote HOSTEL JIN, we have to reach the line of international promotion for mainly the guests from overseas on site as well as website/SNS. HOSTEL JIN would love to welcome new energetic innovative staffs for better service and the staffs' growth. As HOSTEL JIN is just a year old accommodation, most of the staffs are still 20's with no practical management experience of guest house. There is even a full time staff who used to be a part time student staff and got employed right after graduation! This time we seek those who can get excited in such a challenging situation with other teammates and can generate HOSTEL JIN's own strength to promote our guest house to the world as well as visitors to Osaka. First you will be required to work on site with others for normal tasks but opportunities of planning on a promotion project or seasonal event will fall down on you too. Not only foreign guests but also many Japanese tourists stay HOSTEL JIN, so you will be able to meet up with a lot of Japanese guests from various locations of Japan. The staffs are like baddies, getting along with each other. Work environment is very open and you will surely like its free atmosphere. (It is also what we should make rules for though...) On the flip side, occasionally each staff suddenly can be requested to direct a certain task as the responsible leader. If you are enthusiastic to do the best for your duty, however, the team members definitely put faith in you and it will be evaluated fairly.
