AnyWorkspace is an online marketplace for on-demand workspaces that connects space providers with users of short-term workspaces and meeting rooms. It is a booking platform for users to book office space and any workspace on flexible terms. Currently it offers a variety of spaces from hot desks, coworking spaces, private offices, meeting rooms to event spaces in these locations - Hong Kong, Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, South Korea and Australia. The company is based in Hong Kong and will quickly scale up and expand to more cities in the Asia-Pacific region.

As a new team member

A fast expanding company is seeking two sales and business development talent (one for Hong Kong and one for Singapore) to drive the business growth in these cities. Responsibilities: - Generate growth in workspace users and market development for Hong Kong or Singapore. - Market the company’s booking platform to commercial real estate owners, coworking space and serviced office providers, venue owners and operators. - Deliver sales presentations that drive account development in targeted clients and prospects. - Perform sales related admin work, prepare regular sales reports, input and update sales leads and prospects data in CRM system. - Assist in sales promotion and marketing activities. - Handle sales enquiries and arrange customer meetings. Requirements: - Bachelor or undergraduate degree in any discipline. - 1 to 3 years' relevant work experience, preferably in property, commercial real estate, hospitality, serviced office. - Fresh graduates will be considered too. - Good communication and interpersonal skills, aggressive and good networking skills. - Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese). - Candidates with experience in internet related business will also be considered. - Entrepreneurial candidates seeking startup experience are encouraged to apply.
