Established since 2001 as an Internet Service Provider (ISP), Viewqwest empowers users through Freedom DNS to watch up to thousands of movies, TV shows and more, from a plethora of online streaming services such as Netflix, Hulu, PPTV China, etc.

How we do

We pride ourselves as the innovative ISP that pioneered the removal of restrictive industry practices like international bandwidth caps and traffic shaping. At the same time, we implemented best practices such as latency based routing, ensuring that subscribers get exactly what they pay for - ultra-fast internet access. Our fanatical customer service starts with the human touch. There are no voice machines and no scripted responses. Whether clients reach out to us through phone, chat or email, our customer service and technical support teams are there to help them 24h.

As a new team member

We are looking for a dynamic individual to join us on our mission to deliver customer-centric solutions to connect the world! Are you passionate about technology? We are a home grown Internet Service Provider that is driven by technical innovation and our commitment to excellent customer service. At the forefront of technological innovation, our network and infrastructure are built entirely on next generation connectivity. We are now looking to expand the NOC Engineering team to support ViewQwest’s expanding business. Our team works round the clock to help our clients from both our corporate and consumer business to ensure their requests are done in a timely and professional manner. You should enjoy solving problems and working with customers. At ViewQwest, you will: - Attend to tier 1 escalations and support - Monitor, evaluate and solve potential network performance issues - Manage infrastructure-related and other network requests and problems. - Support customers via email, telephone and face to face interactions - Monitor and ensure that all fault tickets are resolved timely and meet performance SLA on MTTR, availability and QoS - Provide timely response to all issues reported by customers - Document the resolution of incidents and problems - Manage and observe system, network, application and service alerts We are looking for a dynamic individual who has the following: - Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field - Able and willing to work in a shift environment - Strong analytical skills and has a flair for dealing with technical and operational problems - Experience in ISP environment will be an advantage - Interest in Internet technologies (routing, switching and general network infrastructure) including technologies associated with the ISP market Sounds like your line of work and ready for the next challenge?
