An ideal member to have in our team will be a versatile and strategic marketer who will be responsible for developing, implementing and executing digital marketing plans for the company in order to acquire potential customers and retain existing ones. The focus of the role will be to drive digital performance and e-commerce for the residential business. As our digital marketing senior executive, you should:       - Possess the ability to create a well thought out, data-backed strategic marketing plan of action for campaigns and their always-on content - Design and evolve audience persona(s) according to the market and understand their interests, and develop marketing plans to reach out effectively to them for acquisitions - Identify potential channels and partners, agencies, media and industry players and establish opportunities for co-promotion activities  - Develop more digitally-oriented planning skills alongside the core craft e.g. social listening, web analytics, content planning taking into account SEO - Integrate e-commerce campaign promotions to drive cross-sales with existing promotions - Optimise go-to-market plans, media execution and corresponding marketing messages for new product launches or new initiatives with data - Ideate and execute disruptive and innovative online activations for product launches, trade shows and major tech shows to differentiate the brand and drive consumer engagements - Create content on own and paid media channels to educate and engage targeted segments for ViewQwest Residential Business   We are looking for a candidate with the following: - Degree or diploma in Business Management/ Administration or Marketing required. - Strong communication and presentation skills - Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking - Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in marketing and measurement - Demonstrable experience leading and managing integrated marketing campaigns with own and paid media - Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising campaigns that engage, inform and motivate Sounds like your line of work and ready to take on your next challenge?
