[What You'll Do] Project manager must perform various functions: ● Evaluate complex situations using diverse sources of information ● Define the scope of the project, roles, and responsibilities along with various stakeholders ● Participate in the allocation of budget, staff and any other resource(s) that are needed to accomplish or achieve set out goals (projects), and also monitor the performance of every projects ● Occasionally participate in pre-sales advisory and scoping to the Sales Team on proposals and pitches for business ● Maintain correct project time frames, estimates, and status reports ● Responsible for the management of complex problems and development of processes for scheduling and administration ● Prioritize requirements and define scope to meet market needs in a timely manner given available resources ● Educating clients with onboarding process and training when required ● Develop, maintain, and distribute standard project management deliverables for the successful launch of new products and services, including: gap analysis, implementation plan, project schedule, project budget, technical/functional specifications and variances, issues & action items log, meeting minutes, risks assessment and contingencies ● Lead vendor selection process (including RFPs) and manage against deliverables including SOWs, change management, approval of deliverables ● Partner with customer operations to identify areas in need of improvement to increase customer satisfaction and decrease support requests ● Anticipate problems and complications, and formulate solutions so as not to impede the progress of the project ● Assume responsibility and drive ownership for issue resolution ● Accountable for on time product delivery, product quality, cost, and operations ● Provide feedback to our Product team if there’s a clients’ request for a new feature ● Work closely with the Sales team on projects handover and documentations [About you] Here are major requirements you will have to meet to be qualified to work as a project manager: ● Excellent numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills ● Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies ● Proficient in project management software ● Ability to build relationship across many fronts ● Ability to focus and pay attention to details at all times ● Ability to work in a team as well as an individual with little or no supervision ● Minimum of Diploma or Degree in any IT-related discipline ● 3-5 years of relevant working experience in a project management setting ● Strong project management skills with the ability to work on and track multiple projects simultaneously ● Demonstrated ability to think creatively and strategically when implementing products and solving problems ● Technically savvy and able to ramp up on new technologies quickly ● Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical individuals ● Experience with Agile methodologies ● Any other certification e.g. PMP / PRINCE II certification would be a plus Sounds exciting?
