「INDXエンジン」は、企業のサーバー内で完結するデータ構造化プラットフォームです。独自のAIが文書のレイアウトや文脈を解析し、非構造化データを社内の基幹システムやBIツールでの分析や高度な社内検索（RAG）に活用できる資産へと変革します。軽量な独自モデルにより、膨大な基幹システムのデータの一括変換や、オンプレミス環境における安全かつ高効率なデータ処理を実現します。 INDX Engine is an on-premises data structuring platform that operates entirely within a company’s servers. Its proprietary AI analyzes document layouts and context to transform unstructured data into valuable assets that can be leveraged in core systems, BI tools, and advanced internal search (RAG). With its lightweight, custom-built model, INDX Engine enables large-scale data conversion from enterprise systems and ensures secure, high-efficiency data processing in on-premise environments.

なぜやるのか

多くの企業では、全データの約9割を占める「非構造化データ」が、そのデータフォーマットの多様性・不規則性や、パブリック生成AIへのデータ投入のセキュリティ懸念から、未活用の資産として眠ったままになっています。当社は、この課題を解決するため、顧客企業の自社サーバーやオンプレミス環境で安全に動作する独自の軽量データ構造化AI「INDXエンジン」を開発しました。本エンジンは、企業の機密情報を外部に出すことなく、非構造化データをAIが活用可能な形式に高速変換します。 In many organizations, about 90% of all data is unstructured—locked away as an untapped asset due to its diverse and irregular formats, as well as security concerns around sending sensitive information to public generative AI models. To solve this challenge, we developed the INDX Engine, a proprietary lightweight AI system that securely operates within a company’s own servers or on-premise environment. The engine rapidly transforms unstructured data into AI-ready structured formats without exposing any confidential information externally.

どうやっているのか

代表取締役伊藤克哉について 1994年生まれ。東京大学理学部数学科、同大学院経済学研究科を卒業。株式会社Preferred Networks (PFN)にて、エンジニアとして金融業界等のAIアルゴリズムの開発に従事。その後、三井物産株式会社にてAI・データプラットフォーム技術の事業開発に従事。 AAMAS・AAAI等のトップカンファレンスでAI関連論文の採択歴・国内学会での表彰歴・応用情報技術者試験に15歳で合格するなどの経験を有する。取締役髙谷謙介について 1994年兵庫県生まれ。東京大学理学部生物学科・筑波大学大学院生命環境科学研究科卒。 2020年にオムロングループにソフトウェアエンジニアとして就職し開発業務に従事。その後、2022年よりFPTコンサルティングジャパン株式会社にてITコンサルティング業務に従事。2025年4月に株式会社INDXを創業。日本化学オリンピック金メダリスト・物理オリンピック銅メダリストなどを経験を有する。最高技術責任者：オレリアン・クルゾについて 1990年パリ生まれ。フランスのグランゼコール、セントラル・シュペレックを卒業後、フルスタックエンジニアとして活躍し、2019年からAI企業Buster.AIの共同創設者兼CTO等を歴任。同社Exit後来日し、2025年株式会社INDXにCTOとして参画。フルスタックエンジニアとして10年以上の経験を有する他、国際会議ACLやCLEFの非構造データ分析コンペティションにおける入賞経験を有する。

株式会社INDXのミッション「日本企業に眠る膨大な非構造化データを整理・分析し、価値に転換する」を実現するため、「創業初期の社員番号1桁エンジニア」として、データ分析技術スタックの構築、データサイエンス戦略の策定から実行、特に非構造化データを構造化し分析可能にするための技術開発と基盤構築をリードします。さらに、研究開発・PoCで終わることなく、AI・機械学習モデルの製品化までを一貫して責任を持ち、世界レベルのデータサイエンスチームを組成・牽引していただける方（VP of Data Science/ VP of Engineer）を募集しています。
