I’ve always been fascinated by people — what motivates them, how they make decisions, and what helps them grow. That curiosity first led me into finance in Brazil, where I started as an intern and worked my way up to Investment Analyst after earning the ANBIMA Investment Specialist (CEA) certification. It was there I learned how to listen, analyze, and make thoughtful decisions under pressure — skills that still shape how I work today. A few years later, life brought me to Japan, where I discovered my passion for connecting people and opportunities. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at One Coin English, I manage full-cycle hiring and collaborate with managers to build strong, supportive teams across our schools. I’ve had the privilege of recruiting teachers from dozens of nationalities — each bringing a unique story, culture, and perspective to our classrooms. What I love most about my work is seeing people thrive in the right environment — and knowing I helped create the connection that made it possible. Whether I’m improving hiring processes, designing onboarding programs, or coaching managers on interviewing, my goal is always the same: make the experience more human, thoughtful, and effective.
