We are looking for a collaborative, enthusiastic individual to support our learning & talent development:
- Proven track record of leading and executing a learning and development transformation. Build and establish learning roadmaps and pathways to facilitate continuous professional development.
- Proven track record of managing learning & talent development for an organization with a broad range of learning needs, from individual contributors to senior management.
- Experience in either one or multiple latest learning & development technique – Gamification, Social Learning Tools, Micro-learning, Mobile Learning & Personalised Learning in addition to adult learning methodologies and curriculum design.
- Demonstrated passion and creativity for learning and talent development, with a sincere desire to expand exposure and excellence in this field.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree/ Professional Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
- At least 5-7 years of working experience in learning & development with minimum 3 years of experience conducting training
- WSQ Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA) qualification or equivalent certification/experience in course design for adult learning will be preferred.
- Experience with learning management systems and e-learning development tools
- Ability to consistently and positively contribute in a fast-paced, changing work environment.
- Ability to prioritise multiple functions and tasks, and to manage time efficiently.
