As a new team member

We are looking for an independent individual to work in our Demand - APAC team. A Demand Business Development Manager plays an active role in canvassing and sourcing for new media partnerships with demand partners (Ad-networks and DSPs). Good Demand Business Development Managers are influencers in marketing activities with new Clients as well as an existing portfolio of established Clients. A highly motivated self-starter, who can drive revenue while gathering the intelligence needed to shape company strategy and goal. The Demand Business Development Manager will report to Demand Director. This position is primarily based in Singapore with travels to manage Partnership relationships within APAC. This is a great opportunity for someone who is interested in a fun and fast paced energetic environment with an immense growth potential of mobile marketing. Responsibilities include: • Align business opportunities to establish strong and long-term with demand partners (DSP, Adnetwork,& Agency Trading Desk) • Clients Management in maximizing demand partners’ available inventory and their daily delivery needs • Facilitate Client on contractual and initial integration support and monitor Client’s satisfaction levels • Arrange regular meetings with ad agency decision-makers and build close relationship • Responding to RFP and prepare proposal to win the deals • Grow new business pipeline and scheduling meeting with new prospects • Strategic plan to achieve revenue target • Keeping abreast of all business and mobile technology advances in the marketplace • Represent Smaato’s at trade-shows and other industry events • Evangelise Smaato unique propositions • Engage new Demand partners SKILLS & EXPERIENCE • Diploma/ Bachelor in Marketing or Business • Proficiency in MS Office • With at least 2 years of online advertising experience in digital media (interactive/digital/web/mobile advertising/media/ telco industry) • Market penetration includes China, Japan and Korea, ability to communicate and write in Chinese, Japanese or Korean would be required. Any other third languages known can be an advantage • With experience supporting and servicing clients using advertising products and technology • A demonstrable record exceeding revenue goals and driving new businesses • Having good understanding of ad-tech ecosystem with granular understanding of Real-Time Bidding (RTB) and Supply-Side Platform (SSP), Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs), ad exchanges, networks business can be an advantage ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both in spoken and written • A positive & can-do work mind-like attitudes • Self-motivated individual • Team player with ability to work independently WE OFFER • Training programs and career development opportunities • Flat hierarchies and short decision paths • Regular team activities and events • A unique and diverse company culture, shaped by people with commitment, sense of responsibility, risk-taking and discipline. • Position is based in Singapore and candidate required a valid pass to work in Singapore.
