SGAG is looking for an experienced and collaborative Game Designer who can contribute to the company’s foray into launching new Products to serve our millions of users in the region.
As a Game Designer, you will be part of a team of highly-focused problem- solvers whose mission is to craft the vision and roadmap for new mobile game initiatives at SGAG. You will be part of a think-tank of individuals that will build creative solutions for a diverse field of complex problems.
As a game designer, your role will help to identify, innovate and design games for our external users to engage with our content, by working with a team to launch new applications to be integrated with our company’s goal.
You will have the opportunity to analyse, find solutions to improve the efficiency of our internal workflow and contribute to the building of mobile games that can better serve our growing team.
We are looking for a motivated individual with the following qualities:

• You are analytical in coming up with solutions to unpredictable challenges
• You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• You possess humility and you are highly-adaptable, passionate about solving problems, willing to learn, open to different opinions and strategic in your thinking.
• You are constantly learning and re-evaluating previous
assumptions through a process of iteration.
• You are creative and innovative to come out with out-of-the box ideas.
• You have designed or assisted in designing at least two games.
You should also possess a good level of skill and knowledge in using:
• Mobile Game design rules
• Knowledge in variety shows and gameshows from past to present
• Gamification and the psychology of gamers
• All forms of mobile games from trivia to complex social games
• Social aspect of gaming and stickiness
• Writing detailed design documentation throughout the game lifecycle
• Deciphering game data to gather insights on how to improve the game
• Interpreting player and peer feedback and turning it into in-game solutions
• Basic understanding of mobile game development lifecycle
• Prototyping game designs with the appropriate tools
• Performing & analysing user testing and recommending design solutions
• Designing and developing new content in relation to the game
