Responsibilities:
• To identify and develop new business opportunities
• Build strong relationship with existing clients by understanding their recruitment process and forecast
• Providing professional consultation regarding employment market and practises to both jobseekers and clients.
• To execute recruitment functions like advertising, shortlisting, profiling of resumes, face to face with jobseekers, understanding the specific requirements of both clients and candidates.
• Participating in networking events to build leads and prospects.
• Reviewing recruitment policies to ensure effectiveness of selection techniques and recruitment programmes
Requirements:
• Excellent communication and negotiation skill
• Candidates who are CEI certified would be of advantage.
• Highly motivated in a fast-paced environment
• Creative and resourceful in hunting for the right talent for the clients
• Pleasant personality with the ability to connect with people of all levels.
• Candidates must be comfortable in a sales driven environment
• A great team player
