Aesperon Academy is looking for a Sales Executive to join our Sales Team. As the Sales Executive, you are empowered to run the whole sales process - from acquiring new clients to servicing existing clients. As a sales executive, you are held accountable for the relationships with your clients. Essential Functions of this Job: - You will be selling training and up-grading courses within the construction industry. - You are empowered to act independently - in charge of identifying new business opportunities and customers. - You will also be expected to service and build strong relationship with existing customers, maintaining a high standard of customer satisfaction. Required Competencies: - Fluent in Mandarin and English due to the nature of the Construction Industry (to liaise with mandarin-speaking client and associates). - Basic computer knowledge and ability to use MS Office, MS Word and MS Excel. - Minimum 1 year sales experience. - Self motivated individual who is able to work independently with little or no supervision. - Teamwork-oriented. - Able to work under pressure. - Good interpersonal skills, self-motivated, result oriented, outgoing and outspoken personality, willing to work hard.
