Sorry for the bad joke. We'd still love you to know your Lambda, but now more about the job...

We're looking for a Dev Ops Engineer, with a strong background in deployment automation/configuration management with virtualized environments. We'd need you to build a stable and fast Backend which is able to handle thousands of requests per second - is this a challenge you'd like to tackle?
As part of our team, you'll analyze and optimize the performance in high-traffic internet applications and work with Docker, Linux and Serverless based infrastructure. Our Web Applications are
Nodejs and Ruby based and we work in a well-structured programming environment with Sprints, CI-Server, Bug-Tracker and Ticketing System. We are a very international team with many different skills to share - we'd love to have you in the team, too!

***What you should bring to the team***

A university degree would be nice, but we care more about your hands-on experience and on what you have worked over the last years as an Operations Engineer. We'd ideally like you to have:
...Direct experience developing/running modern applications on AWS and well-versed in best practices and patterns
...A constant desire to improve, learn more and take things higher
...Experience with Ruby and Javascript
...Experience with SQL

Bonus points go to the person with

...Experience in deploying to Elastic Beanstalk
...Experience in using Lambda
...Experience with PostgreSQL
...Prior experience with or knowledge of large scale, high volume systems
...Experience in small start-up environments

If you'd like to support our amazing product and work in a great Dev Ops team, apply with your profile and meet us for a chat!
