Are you a natural at helping people and making complex tasks look easy? Then this Working Student opportunity might just be the right thing for you.

What would your tasks look like?
Every day we have thousands of users from 16 different countries.
shyftplan is very easy to use but can get quite complex beneath the surface and every customer has its own workflows and processes that have to be implemented in the tool. This means that we at shyftplan need to quickly understand the specific situation of our customer and get creative in finding the perfect solution for them!

As our Working Student, you will be part of our customer happiness team. You support our customers with onboarding, product demos (remote) and solve technical problems.
You team up with other internal units to offer the best customer experience out there!

We offer substantial training and onboarding, student-friendly time allocation and full integration in our team, with the chance to get a deep insight in the operations of a growing tech startup.

***Your Profile***

This job is perfect for you, if you
... have a strong interest in software and tools, with the ability to successfully explain complex topics to different audiences
... are able to empathize with people to assess and address customer needs effectively
... have a native level German, business proficient in English
... love to learn as much as you love to share your knowledge with others

First experience in customer service or other customer facing roles is a big plus (tech or non-tech).
