Do you take pride in running the day to day operations to empower your team? We're looking for an Office Manager to create and maintain a pleasant and engaging working environment for us, to ensure high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication, and safety. At Verlocal, you will be key to our efficiency, in ensuring our daily operations run smoothly and empowering the team to work effectively. What you'll be doing as our Office Manager : • Be the key point-of-contact for employees, visitors and third parties in Singapore • Manage all office-related purchases and stock (e.g. pantry & stationery supplies), as well as overall tidiness of the work environment • Manage relationships with third parties; including landlords/agents, cleaners, insurers and travel agents, solving issues quickly and effectively • Provide administrative support to the team (e.g. travel arrangements and reservations for overseas trips) • Coordinate expenses report, invoices and maintain receipts’ records • Provide HR support; helping with onboarding and offboarding of employees; overseeing payroll; and overall adherence to HR policies • Liaise as required with Korea and Europe Team in particular with the Head of Finance / HR Department You'll be a great addition if… … • You have at least 1 year of experience in Office Management​, especially in a startup environment (experience in HR administration could be a plus) • You speak fluent English • You have great interpersonal and communication skills • You are autonomous, proactive, and a problem solver • You are able to multi-task, prioritize and work with tight deadlines • You are familiar with bookkeeping, excel, words • You are used to working in a multicultural environment If you're someone who is meticulous and want to be part of our journey on building a human centred community, click “Want to Visit” to get in contact with us today!
