This is our first time to hire a designer! We are growing quickly and are looking for the Lead UI designer with great experience. Work location : Tokyo, Japan Work type : Fulltime Job Responsibilities - You will be actively engaged in the designing our product, Tabiko and internal concierge system. - Partner with the product and the operation teams to define problems & goals, map user flows, prototype interactions, and oversee the building process - Come up with new features and functions for the product and build them Measure and iterate on the impact of product features/enhancements - Will be leading the future teams to come Job Requirements - Passion for all things Tabiko. - 3+ years of work experience in UI design for consumer product - Have some portfolios of mobile app, especially product related - Familiar with mobile app UI components and design practices - Solid experience in brand and creative strategy - Have contributed as a leader in design and a strong collaborator with product managers and engineers - Have shipped product - Interest/experience in building conversational user interfaces or in solving travel-related problems - Familiar with product growth and implement solutions for the same - Can work with small and diverse teams - Self-educational / passionate learner / doesn't hesitate to share opinion - Fluent English Preferred but not necessary points - Have some portfolios of mobile app, especially product related - Frontend capabilities for application interface (HTML/CSS3/Javascript)
