Hi, I’m Zubs. I am a Singaporean born art director and set designer by practice, and an interior architect by training and also a digital graphic artist by choice. I have a deep passion for art and design in most forms. I especially love exploring spatial concepts and the possibilities of 3D geometry. I gained my proffesional skillset by being a senior set designer in Mediacorp Studios for 5 years and in that stint, I did lots of sets, stages and events for the local broadcasting giant. Currently, I creatively direct and come up with designs for local television productions and major events and exhibitions simultaneuosly. I am well trained in both internal and external set-ups, from local production studios and indoor ballrooms to landmark outdoor venue set-ups. The past 10 years in the industry has made me familiar with the regional creative fabrication industries and my industry partners include the best of us from Media and Broadcast field and the corporate events / exhibition industry. Besides set design and the media / production line, I have done quite a bit of branding and logo designs for a few brands and start-ups in Singapore. On a personal note, I travel once in a while and try to experience new things whenever I have the chance to. I am always looking forward to working with new people and new oppurtunites.
