Community Associate is a role that suits you if you are outgoing, fast learner and have an attractive personal presentation.

The Hive is looking for an ambitious, outgoing Community Associate to be the first point of contact at one of our coworking spaces across Hong Kong.
You should enjoy meeting and speaking with foreigners and have a friendly way of speaking to people.
About the Role
A Community Associate is the face of the Hive and the primary point for the community and acts.
Goals and Objectives
-Demonstrate the Hive’s core values and strive to achieve our mission
-Support the Community Team as necessary
-Be the first and last point of contact for your building
-Manage events and community
-Ensure smooth operations and Management
Experience and Requirements
-Passion and understanding for the Hive’s mission and values
-Passionate about entrepreneurial communities
-College graduate with a degree preferred, but not required
-‘Graduates of life’ will be considered!
-Customer service and/or sales experience a plus
-Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
-Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills
-Must demonstrate core values of integrity, dependability, self-awareness, excellent work ethic, and empathy for others around them
-Proficient in basic computer skills
