We are looking for a fun-loving, highly energetic and organised individual, with a passion for entrepreneurial business to oversee multiple events across our Hong Kong spaces.
This individual will oversee events from start to finish, going above and beyond to make sure weekly and monthly events run smoothly. Nothing goes under the radar, from the basics like refreshments to hosting to behind the scenes work.

About the role
An Event coordinator is responsible a multitude of facets from event planning, logistics and experience. You will be the driving force behind creating an amazing experience for event participants and ensuring that everything goes off without a hitch.

Organise and juggle multiple events, ensuring a top-notch experience for all attendees
Inspire, support and guide our different community teams to create the best coworking events
Be composed to handle different challenges that might arise
Duties and Responsibilities:
Events and Support
-Build a series of engaging and diverse events to contribute to the growth of creative communities
-Work alongside different teams to ensure a full event calendar at least two months ahead
-Help and support all events including larger Hive events such as; Runway, Meet the Makers and Shorties Film Festival
-Keep event bibles organised and updated to ensure teams are aware of any changes
-Establish and build new relationships that help build-up brand awareness and engagement
Team Management and Partnership
-Rally with different community teams to create best practices that help build a stronger and successful community
-Work with internal teams to train and interview potential event helpers
-Plan and brainstorm ideas for future events with different internal teams
-Monitor and check up on all social media posts and artwork used for current and future events
Experience and Requirements
-Minimum 2 years experience in Events, Entertainment or related experience
-Experience in handling small to large scale events, previous experience working at a Startup or Events agency is an advantage
-Demonstrated ability to prioritise and manage difficult and critical situations
-Highly organised and detail oriented
-Be a social butterfly - able to network and build a relationship with anyone
-Be creative, flexible and adaptable to different challenges
-Results driven and highly motivated to create amazing and engaging events
-Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
-A team player who can work well with different internal teams and independently
-Fluency in English, Cantonese is a plus
-Immediately available is preferred
