About ZOZO ZOZO is using data and technology to create a world where clothing starts with the person, not the size, unlocking a size-free world for everyone. One of the most universally frustrating experiences happens when we try on clothes. That’s because the clothing industry starts with an out-of-date sizing standard, not the person. Clothes are typically massed produced in standard sizes so that they can be sold in mass quantities. It’s difficult for most brands to create clothes with all body types in mind. Custom-Fit Clothing for a Size-Free World While all people are created equal, every individual body is unique. Yet, in today’s increasingly personalized world, the experience of buying clothing is still extremely generic. The traditional sizing system is broken. It creates unnecessary labels: Petite, Curvy, Tall, Plus. It implies we’re always too something: too short, too tall, too round, too thin, too broad, too straight... It suggests that if we don’t fit, we are to blame. At ZOZO, we love shapes not sizes. So, we’ve been rethinking how clothing is made.

How we do

“ZOZO was created to be adaptable to each and every person. You don’t have to adapt to ZOZO. ZOZO adapts to you. People are unique, but they also want to be treated and accepted as equal. This concept is reflected in the ZOZO logo. The circle, square and triangles are all different colors and shapes, yet they have the same surface area. They are all unique but still equal.” - Yusaku Maezawa, ZOZO founder

Job description • Develops processes for receiving product, managing inventory and shipping product. • Develops, implements, evaluates and enforces policies and procedures. • Plan for the future growth for supply chain Requirement: • Language needed: Mandarin , Japanese (Bonus) • Openness to travel for work Looking for: 1) A self-starter, able to think through and make good and quick decisions. Understands project management, product management, 2) Able to complete operational task, management task and strategy 3) Highly organised
