It's a great chance for you to be a part of our multicultural founding team. ●Job Responsibilities - Take point on key projects, ensuring clarity in strategy, planning and execution, roles and responsibilities, objectives and KPIs - Support the development of strategic marketing plans and to aggressively meet business goals towards achieving the vision of spread authentic hospitality - Support execution and amplification across advertising, content, social, marketing campaigns, and operation - Monthly, quarterly and annual planning and reporting - Develop partnerships with other companies Job Requirements - Passion for all things Tabiko. - 5+ years of work experience in management for consumer product - Intensive travel market and consumer product knowledge - Strong budget and project management skills, attention to detail and communication skills - Ability to work within tight deadlines, adjust to changes in priorities and balance short-term needs with long-term strategic initiatives - Ability to work at both strategic and tactical levels – a hands on team player - Familiar with product growth and implement solutions for the same - Self-educational / passionate learner / doesn't hesitate to share opinion - Not hesitant to get hands dirty and do whatever is necessary to ensure success - Can work with small and diverse teams - Fluent English
