Criteo is in search of a confident Rewards Manager, APAC to join our APAC People team.
This role is based in Tokyo, with regular travel across the region.
Responsibilities
• Effectively partner and build strong relationships with the People team, Central team and business clients to manage and consult on compensation and benefits
• Act as evangelizer of global Compensation & Benefits Policy for APAC
• Support the Central point of view within your region and bring your regional point of view to the Central Team
• Advise the People team and Business during Compensation events (Compensation review cycle, Promotion, Retention Grant, New Hire compensation package / exception request…)
• Lead compensation projects and initiatives as needed for the region in relationship with Central Team (range building and competitive market positioning, sales incentives…)
• In relation with Central Team, Regional Team and Broker, you will be responsible for all benefits topics to ensure that best in class benefits are being considered for our employees (healthcare, employee perks…)
• Ensure compensation & benefits programs are compliant with various related labor laws and regulations
• Localize and deliver compensation training and communications to the People team and managers; bring and share best practices
Requirements
• Significant experience as a Benefits Manager for a high growth company with a clear focus on APAC
• Proven track record of building partnerships at all levels of a dynamic and rapidly growing organization (HR BP, Business Leader, etc.)
• Experience/background in equity and sales compensation
• Self-starter with the ability to work autonomously, proactively be identifying and implementing process improvements
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to work through processes and resolve complex matters
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
