Responsibilities:
• Work closely and assist the Sous Chef and Executive Head Chef in preparation of all food (à la carte, finger food and promotional & function menus)
• Ensure food preparation areas, cooking surfaces, utensils such as sauce containers and fridges are well cleaned checked by cooks according to kitchen SOP
• Maintain sanitation, health, and safety standards in work areas at all given time
• Maintain proper product and work flow, and a complete SOP Manual for Outlet Kitchen Operations with the help of Sous Chef/ Executive Chef
• Maintain quality control with the most economical usage of products
• Maintain and follow proper maintenance and sanitation of kitchen equipment and facilities
• Give strategic input such as development and delivery of F&B promotions, functions, development of room packages
Requirements:
• At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience.
• Minimum GCE ‘N’ or ‘O’ level.
• Ability to follows instruction.
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Suitable candidates may be consider for Senior CDP / Junior Sous Chef position
