We are looking for an amazing Graphic Designer to create and maintain our marketing assets. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Create Content • Bring The Active8me Brand To Life – help bring the Active8me brand to life and keep it consistent across all our various touch points – from short-form content such as social media posts and infographics, to long-form content such as e-guides, giveaways, resources, guides etc, From the mobile app to the website/blog. From online to offline. • Manage Other Design Needs – manage other design needs such as presentations, signage, conference collateral, email templates so on. • Collaborate – collaborate with marketing, user experience, technical, product and other Active8me teammates to support the various Active8me marketing and product efforts and deliver work that will meet the business objectives. • New Ideas – being new ideas for design and content creation to the team using your expertise and eye for great design. • Evangelist – serve as an evangelist for Active8me’s message, brand, and content through thought-leadership, content curation, social media, and speaking. KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE • Demonstrated Design Experience – You can make everything look amazing and bring the brand to life - while following brand guidelines ☺ • UI/UX Experience – amongst designs we are ultimately designing for a mobile experience so demonstrated UI/UX experience is important. • Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign) or similar technologies • Knowledge of HTML and CSS – you need to be able to slice up photoshop to suit html (and ideally if you were able to do any web design that would be advantageous and preferred). • Is handy with a camera – we have some cool ideas to use your photography skills. • Passion for fitness, nutrition and health – our team is made up of some very passionate and impressive individuals. We want our design to reflect this passion and quality. You should therefore be passionate not only about great design, but also fitness, health and active living. • Asian experience – an understanding of target markets and experience of creating designs / content for multi-market Asian audiences is preferable. • Mature enough to handle feedback – good design is the collaboration and evolution of good ideas. You need to be able to handle direct feedback without taking it personally. • Can work independently just as well as you can work in a team • Can work quickly, efficiently and under pressure – you have excellent time management and can work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment ABOUT YOU PERSONALLY We're all about having great, passionate people who will come on this incredible journey with us and help create Active8me to be all it can be.
