As a junior strategist you will need to consolidate, define, and filter insights that drive creative solutions. We consult clients on their business challenges and design strategies that identify opportunities to enable brand growth.
The Junior Strategist will be involved in managing out accounts, making sure that the objectives are met and KPIs delivered. You will be working closely with a team of senior members. You will be mentored to take charge of accounts, and learn to make strategic decisions to fulfil business objectives. We’re looking for someone who is seeking personal growth and is up for a challenge!
The objectives that you will be in charge of:
• Be part of a team on projects, ensuring deliverables are completed on time
• Work closely with relevant stakeholders to develop and execute ideas to bring together brand goals, objectives and consumer needs based on consumer insight and data
• Responsible for managing internal delivery of strategy deliverables against project deadlines and revenue
• Performs research and analysis on clients and their markets, including customer needs and attitudes to prepare for pitches and new business opportunities
• Participates in the creative conceptualisation and development of projects
• Keep internal stakeholders regularly updated about the strategic direction of projects
• Assists in the development and improvement of new and existing strategy framework and structure
• Analyse marketing outcomes and create insights from (social media, sales, CRM) data
You would be a great addition if:
• Fluent English and strong writing skills
• Interest in business strategies and basic marketing principles such as SWOT, Business model canvas, value propositions etc and omnichannel marketing strategy.
• Ability to think critically, laterally, have an open mind and has an eye for details
• Proven ability to perform under tight deadlines, in a fast-paced environment by being well organised and handles timelines effectively.
• A team player who knows when to have fun
It great if you :
• Are inbound marketing certified
• Have experience in digital marketing strategy, advertising, brand consultancy or communication agencies
• Loves challenging the status-quo creatively
• Always bring a ‘Never say No’ attitude to the table
• Are proactive and think innovatively to improve efficiencies and problem solve
