Our online portal allows businesses to browse through available spaces needs from short-term pop-up stores, to long-term retail spaces, as well as different occasions including bazaars, event and fairs, shared spaces, mobile space and retail spaces. Since we started in 2010, our team have developed and grown Three Key brands: Fleawhere, Flashbang and Artbox Singapore. We have organised over thousands of pop-up events across Singapore and are looking to bring this further, globally.

Responsibilities (includes but not limited to the following): Set up of event(s) Provide on-site assistance and coordination Take vendors’ attendance and ensure that all vendors abide to the terms & conditions Handle vendors’ enquiries and ensure that the place is kept neat and tidy. Be present at the event venue during their working hours at all times Take pictures of the event such as close-up products’ photos, photos of vendors and photos of the overview of the event. Troubleshoot on-site problems Requirements: Good attitude, takes initiative Able to solve vendors’ enquiries and problems effectively Able to commit weekends and/or OT Excellent communication and crowd control skills Min. of 5 hours per day unless stated otherwise.
