We are looking for a compelling storyteller, brand champion, copy enthusiast, grammar guru and team player to join our fold.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop content strategy and produce effective copy for campaigns, branding and a wide repertoire of print, digital and video communication assets.
- Interpreting client briefs on copywriting requirements
- Conceive and produce creative copy in partnership with creative design team
- Familiarise with clients’ communications objectives and target audience and conduct content research
- Establish content strategy and copy style for projects
- Develop and produce clear, effective, insightful and impactful copy
- Conduct interviews with clients or recommended persons to draw content insights
- Work with creative and client servicing teams to deliver copy which answers the brief
- Ensure that copywriting schedules and deliverables are met
- Develop copywriting objectives, content strategy, structure and rationale
- Proofread copy to verify content accuracy
- Participate in creative pitches with the aim to win
- Assist in crafting of creative proposals
Requirements:
- Minimum Degree in Journalism, Communications, Advertising and Marketing or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of copywriting experience. Applicants with fewer years of experience may be considered also be considered for a copywriting position.
- A flair for creative writing and content strategy
- Must have a strong portfolio and be comfortable and versatile in short form and long form writing
