We’re looking for an energetic, driven and ambitious Business Development Manager who understands what solutions Independent Doers are looking for. You will be directly responsible for the development of our solutions and closing deals with new as well as existing solution partners.
WHO YOU ARE:
You have an entrepreneurial mindset and can relate to the Independent Doer.
You have solid and relevant experience.
You have experience with creating opportunities in a B-2-B environment and are able to show a clear track record.
You are a strong and creative negotiator and you like to think out of the box in order to close the best deals for the Independent Doer.
You are hands-on with a ‘can do’ mentality.
You never settle.
You are challenging the status quo for the greater good.
Execute our solution strategy.
Focus on developing and securing relevant and valuable offerings for our members as in line with our strategy. All solutions are developed in close cooperation with our solution partners.
You are part of impacting and empowering our members – the Independent Doers – by creating relevant and valuable solution offerings, which go way beyond Healthcare and Insurances. We have a very broad range of solutions on our drawing board.
You prioritise the development of our solutions as per our strategy and based on the data that we collect on our different platforms.
You will work closely together with your counter partner who is responsible for our Member Benefits offerings to ensure that we always offer our members the most relevant membership benefits and solutions.
