THE POSITION: We’re looking for an energetic, driven and ambitious Member Benefits Manager who knows how to add value to Independent Doers. You will be directly responsible for the development of member benefits and closing deals with new and existing member benefit partners. WHO YOU ARE: You have an entrepreneurial mindset and can relate to the Independent Doer. You have solid and relevant experience. You have experience with creating opportunities in a B-2-B environment and are able to show a clear track record. You understand how valuable Doerscircle is for partners and you are able to translate this to win-win opportunities. You are a solid and creative negotiator and you like thinking out of the box in order to close the best deals for the Independent Doer. You are hands-on with a ‘can do’ mentality. You never settle. You are challenging the status quo for the greater good. YOUR FOCUS: Be part of developing and responsible for executing a simple but impactful member benefit strategy. You impact our members – the Independent Doers – by creating relevant and affordable solution offerings, which go beyond freebees and discounts. You impact the growth of Doerscircle by building up relationships with third party communities that buy into our story and vision and are happy to spread the word for us. You prioritise the development of our member benefit solutions as per our strategy and based on the data that we collect on our different platforms. You will work closely together with your counter partner who is responsible for our Solution offerings to ensure that we always offer our members the most relevant membership benefits and solutions.
