Management (Finanzen, Personalwesen etc.)
Code Factory is the corporate startup of Deutsche Kreditbank AG located in the heart of Berlin.
Our Mission: creating tomorrow’s banking! By developing and realizing sustainable solutions for DKB customers, we’re transforming DKB from a financial institute into an agile IT company with a banking license.
We’re always looking for new ideas on how to make banking better and make a real difference in people’s lives.
For us, digitization does not mean replacing employees, but rather making them ready for the future and the challenges ahead.
By constantly developing new ideas, we not only provide our customers with the best possible service, but also support DKB in faster implementations of their social projects. From windmills to kindergardens or hospitals - our work has an impact on our society, which motivates us every day.
We believe in people development and lifelong learning. That’s why we like to experiment with new technologies and methods. Our team consists of 40 people from 18 nations. 40 curious people, that work towards a common goal and empower each other.
We are not afraid of failure, we just never do some ;) we learn from experiences and try to become better every day - true to the motto: “Trial and Error”. Even if our new recruiting campaign says something different ;)
You want to transform one of Germany's biggest online banks into a tech bank? Then become a part of our growing recruiting team. We have brought the initial crew for software and product development on board - now it's upon you to grow the team.
We are looking for a Junior Recruiter to support our recruiting process from start to finish as part of our People & Culture Team. Your responsibilities include posting job ads, doing initial screenings and scheduling interviews. You'll assist other Talent Acquisition Managers, hiring teams and candidates so the hiring process can run smoothly. Ultimately, you'll help our company find and hire the most qualified people for our open roles.
If you're enthusiastic about the world of recruiting, tech-savvy and an excellent communicator, we'd like to meet you.
You'll be responsible for defining and driving recruiting for both the DKB Code Factory and DKB itself. This means you'll be building an effective recruiting strategy consisting of sourcing, evaluation and closing candidates with the ability to manage the candidates' and your team's expectations. You'll recruit passive and active candidates by keeping an eye on their cultural fit and motivation instead of simply selling a job. Essentially, you're hiring for personality, not just for skills. Furthermore you'll conduct in-depth interviews, negotiate working contracts, and develop your own ideas and strategies for recruiting to ensure sustainable and long-term growth of the company. You'll conduct recruiting and talent management workshops, attend events to build a network of potential candidates, and exhibit at job fairs. You'll participate in the development of an Employer Branding strategy, and you'll play an active role in building company culture.
You should have at least 1 year of experience in Recruitment or HR Management. Additionally, you should be familiar with the entire recruitment lifecycle. You should be tech-savvy, have excellent communication skills, and be able to juggle multiple calendars and tasks simultaneously. Furthermore, you should have a strong problem-solving attitude and be a critical thinker, and it would be beneficial if you are interesting in developing employer brands and/or communication campaigns. Having a basic knowledge of HR Management best practices would be ideal. Finally, you have a graduate level university degree in HR, Psychology, Economics, Humanities or Social Studies, and you speak native level German, as well as very good English. Bonus if you have knowledge of any other languages, and if you already have experience recruiting on the German market.
We offer flexible working hours, as well as a self-improvement and advanced training budget. We do Team building events together and you can choose your own hardware, and drinks, for that matter. As a bank, we also provide a Prepaid Credit Card for your personal shopping trip every month. While it's boring, we also have an insurance plan for you - but because you get discounts on a gym membership (Urban Sports Club), we hope you stay fit and will never need it ;)
Our office is located in Berlin's vivid FinTech community with great activities at H:32 (next to Train Station Berlin Zoo), which offers a great work environment - and so does our team.
Last but not least, we offer a competitive salary with 30 days of vacation a year.
