2012年3月に筑波大学理工学群社会工学類経営工学専攻卒業。学生インターンシップ時代に「エンジニア」領域に特化した支援事業を株式会社ギブリーにて立ち上げ、入社。現在は取締役を務める。オンラインプログラミング学習・試験ツール等の自社サービスを立ち上げ、同社のHR tech部門を管掌。また、日本最大規模の学生ハックイベント、JPHACKSの組織委員会幹事を務めるなど、若い世代のイノベーターの発掘・支援にも取り組んでいる。

西田 織衣

人事として大規模新卒研修の運営、総合職採用のエンジニア適性を判断し評価するプロジェクトの企画と設計を担当後、国内外の新卒エンジニア採用および中途エンジニア採用に従事しました。 現在は、現職株式会社ギブリーのCustomer Success TeamのマネージャーとしてHR Tech事業部/Operation事業部に参画。こっそりコーポレート人事部のマネージャーも兼務しながら、社内外問わずHRに携わっています。

小川 充

フロントエンドエンジニアです。 Angular、Reactを中心にJavascriptフレームワークを幅広く扱う ことができます。サーバーサイドにNode.jsを利用した、proof and conceptデモ作成が得意です。勉強会やハンズオンの企画&実施、チュートリアルの作成など 、エンジニア育成のための活動も得意としています。

なぜやるのか

We are the HR Tech Division of Givery Inc, and our vision is to empower engineers. Our mission is to build a new career development and empowerment ecosystem for engineers and entrepreneurs in Japan, with aspirations to expand to Asia. We aim to achieve this through our core businesses of skill based recruitment, technical training, and organizing hackathons. We develop and operate a platform called 'Track' that teaches programming to the next generation of engineers, and ensures that engineering job applicants are fairly evaluated based on their skills. こんなことやります

About the Job We are looking for a passionate Front End Engineer who is motivated to combine the art of design with the art of programming. Responsibilities will include translation of the UI/UX design wireframes to actual code that will produce visual elements of the application. You will work with the UI/UX designer, Backend engineers and bridge the gap between graphical design and technical implementation, taking an active role on both sides and defining how the application looks as well as how it works. Responsibilities - Develop, improve new/existing features. - Perform full lifecycle of software development. - Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs. - Review code and assess code quality. - Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders. - Manage individual project priorities, deadlines and deliverables. Minimum Qualifications - BA/BS degree in Computer Science or related technical field or equivalent practical experience. - 1 year of work experience. - Experience in JavaScript/Typescript, and one or more programming languages including but not limited to: Scala, Rust, Go, etc. - Experience with code versioning tools, such as Git. Preferred Qualifications - Experience developing user facing and/or business facing web applications. - Experience with front end technologies and/or front end frameworks such as React and Vue. - Strong sense of web design and fundamentals of user experience. - Good understanding of Caching, popular communication protocols, rendering optimization techniques. - Good understanding of cross browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.
