Responsibilities include but not limited to the following
Sales & Sponsorships
Identify and reach out to potential co-working members or sponsors for venue and workspaces
Work on leads and referrals
Conduct tours and sales meetings
Strengthen pitches and decks
Close deals for venue, workspaces and sponsorships complete paperwork, and hand-over to community team
Maintain a positive relationship with key stakeholders such as landlord and sponsors.=
Marketing
Work with marketing to ideate and propose campaigns
Co-own marketing efforts with marketing team
Partnerships
Strategise mutually beneficial partnerships
Identify and reach out to potential partners and collaborators
Identify collaboration partners for events in the co-working space
Projects
Work on special projects that expand and increase the co-working space's value
Bring project to launch within budget, timeline, and objectives
Identify and introduce new revenue streams
Add to shared database of creative companies for use by the co-working space and Invade
Conceptualise and co-plan the co-working space anniversary
Find sponsors and external partners
Requirements
1-2 years of customer sales or business development role in any of the following; co-working space, event agency, exhibition company, creative agency/ marketing agency, real estate management company like Sunway or UOA Experience managing corporate social media campaigns
Experience with written content generation in a business environment and basic graphic design skills are a plus Passion for the entrepreneurial community
Analytical, decision-making and good time management skills
Knowledge of market research, business making and negotiating principles
Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships
Able to commit weekends and/or OT
