Duties for this position - Prepare application for the cryptocurrency exchange license in Singapore - Build strong relationship with Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) and seek for feasibility of dealing capital market products such as margin trading and future options - Develop relationships with Singapore banks and other banks in different countries - Develop portfolio strategy, positioning and performance to the team, and manage portfolio risk profile in line with the company’s strategy Qualifications and Experience - In-depth experience in traditional financial institutions, a minimum of 5 years of experience, with a proven track record leading comparable operations and programs - In-depth knowledge of various investment concepts including risk management and compliance, products, styles, and asset classes - A minimum of 3 years of people leadership experience in building, managing and/or developing high-performing teams is required - Solid understanding of financial regulation along with MAS requirement - Strong interest and good understanding of the blockchain industry - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
