REALly is an online platform that aims to empower property professionals and owners by equipping them with the necessary data, tools and resources to simplify cumbersome property management processes.
As part of our marketing team, you will oversee and execute branding and marketing efforts to expand our reach, generate new leads, raise brand equity and drive traffic through our website and social media channels (primarily LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook)

Roles and Responsibilities:
Assist in creating and implementing various marketing strategies to expand our reach, generate new leads, raise brand equity and drive traffic.
Create and manage content for all social media channel and website through creation of editorial calendars and organisation workflows
Working in a cross-functional environment to plan, propose and execute marketing campaigns and events
Report and analyse data to inform decision making and campaign optimisation
Identify new growth opportunities through market research and analytics; potentially establishing new partnerships
Writing copy for all marketing collateral, including brochures, letters, emails and websites.
Monitoring ongoing campaign spend against the budget, keeping accurate records and highlighting where variances occur.
Producing an accurate summary of total spend at the end of a marketing campaign.
Undertaking detailed ongoing analysis of marketing campaigns to ensure targets are met.
Assisting in the production of ongoing competitor analysis and reporting, with particular reference to pricing, presentation and promotion.
Maintaining websites and looking at data analytics
Organising events and product exhibitions
Updating databases and using a customer relationship management (CRM) system
Ideal skills:
Experience in copywriting skills and possess the sensitivity to a brand's tone of voice and identity
Ability to conduct market research and make use of analytics to draw insights
Self-motivated and results-oriented
Ability to multi-task and work on multiple projects at once
Strong communication skills; proficient in English
Interest in property technology/ the real estate industry (a plus point but not compulsory)
Requirements:
A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
At least 3 years of experience in marketing in the B2B environment
Experience in using these platforms: Google Adwords, Google Analytics, Hubspot, Social Media Planning/publishing tools
Strong project management/organisational skills.
Ability to use spreadsheets to analyse data and spot trends.
Understanding of customer segmentation.
