The Role
The Account Manager will report directly to the Director of Business Development and be responsible for the success of our B2B clients. You are a strong relationship builder, you are very conscientious about details and you always over-deliver to leave the counterpart dazzled with delight. As an Account Manager, you will ensure that every B2B client has a great online and offline journey with Giftano. This opportunity will teach you how to successfully manage and nurture complex B2B client relationships and to eventually become a master of key account management, and in a thriving tech start-up environment.
Main Tasks
Manage B2B client accounts, communicate, organize and oversee the overall client success
Onboard and educate clients in our internal systems, handle the input of correct data and keep the systems updated
Maintain client relationships, up-sales, contract renewals, assist the sales team in the B2B sales pipeline
Consult clients about the platform while building brand awareness and spreading the core values of our vision
Client visits, work on the clients’ online presence, SEO and content optimization
Requirements
Great communication skills, a good listener and a positive attitude
Highly diligent and detail-oriented executer - a doer
Independent-minded high paced performer
Curious and always ready to learn from your experienced managers
Be a leader and do your best to assist in achieving Giftano’s long term goals
Bonus requirements:
Any experience in sales and account management, especially for e-commerce/internet platforms
Successful sports credentials
Digital marketing savviness and skill in any CRM systems
Relevant University Diplomas
