The global startup ecosystem is something that never stops fascinating me. The dynamic nature of the interactions, constant flow of new technologies, the ever-changing investment landscape. Over the course of my career, I have developed a keen interest in the field of Blockchain. I strongly believe that Blockchain, as a technology layer, has the capability to improve lives, streamline businesses and radically transform the world as we know it. Being able to say that I love coming to work everyday is a privilege. My role as the Business Operations manager at Tribe Accelerator involves designing and iterating our program to increase value captured by our acceleratees, as well as on-the-ground operational work in the execution of the program. I also engage and manage our network of partners and mentors.

What we do

Tribe Accelerator is a blockchain accelerator that works closely with the Singapore Government, championing to be a neutral platform in driving collaboration and growth of the blockchain ecosystem. We've received positive traction in the blockchain space and has partnerships with top corporate firms such as IBM, Intel and BMW and technical protocols such as ConsenSys, R3 and VeChain. We work closely with a variety of stakeholders; startups, government agencies, technical protocols and corporate firms.

We are a product development focused accelerator that provides promising startups a hyperconnected platform to develop innovative solutions together with our network of global corporations, government agencies and top blockchain companies.

As a new team member

The Opportunity - You are looking to build valuable connections and work closely with brilliant folks from the tech industry - You want to be part of an ambitious, fast-moving team - You want to develop your ability to work with founders and senior management of corporates - You want to gain solid exposure into the VC / tech ecosystem Job Description - Co-lead end-to-end business development strategy - Generate new business leads and opportunities through emails/LinkedIn,networking, etc - Analyse and conduct research regularly on industry, market and best practices to stay updated on the latest happenings - Identify, develop, and execute new strategies for business growth - Prepare pitches and proposals, and follow up with leads - Propose recommendations for structuring a well defined partnership deals - Maintain strong relationships with our partners and clients - Schedule workflow to ensure smooth coordination for BD-centric projects Requirements - Based full-time in Singapore - 1-3 years of relevant experience in Business Development / Sales support (Preferred) - Degree Holder (Preferred) Skills Required: - Exceptional and effective verbal and communication skills - Experience in building a go-to-market sales strategy - Proven ability to execute and close business deals - Proficient in developing slides / pitch decks - Comprehensive understanding of the tech ecosystem. - Understanding of blockchain (good to have) What we’re looking for in you: - Tenacious and goal-oriented - Quick to learn and adapt - Highly motivated and positive attitude - Ability to take initiative and work independently - Attention to detail - Keen interest in tech About Tribe Accelerator Tribe Accelerator is the first Singapore government supported blockchain accelerator, championing to be a neutral platform in driving collaboration and growth of the blockchain ecosystem.
