Goals and Objectives
• Provide analytical support to the administration and execution of WeWork Japan’s Total Rewards programs
• Assist with the design of compensation and benefits programs that attract, retain, engage, and motivate employees
• Be a guardian of company values and principles
Experience and Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance or related field desired but not required
• Experience in Financial modeling, Accountant background.
• Project management experience preferred
• Working knowledge of basic regulatory frameworks, including general regulatory and internal control requirements, preferred

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint as well as HRIS systems (Workday preferred), including spreadsheet and database applications
• Fluent in Japanese and good conversational English preferred
