Calling all HR & Admin fanatics looking to grow their experience in the field! We're looking for a HR & Administration Intern.
What you'll be doing:
You will assist the Head of Administration in ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day HR operations activities. You will also help to maintain accurate HR database and up-to-date employee records. You will get the opportunities to manage and participate in the recruitment and selection process (eg. advertisement placement, arranging of interviews, etc) of the company.
Other tasks may include handling monthly Payroll processing, assisting in administration of annual performance appraisals, preparing appointment letter and conducting staff orientation. Apart from HR-related tasks, you would get a chance to participate in organising company staff activities and assist in ad-hoc finance related projects!
Who you are:
If you are strong at multi-tasking, able to meet deadlines & work effectively under pressure, possess strong organisational skills & pay close attention to details and able to meet deadlines & work effectively under pressure, you are the one we are looking for.
You must also be proficient in MS Office applications. Free up your weekends as well as we would require someone who is able to commit weekends and/or OT at times! A minimum of 3 months and above commitment.
