What you'll be working on:
- Manage the entire sales cycle to grow new business and acquire new strategic merchants.
- Demonstrate expertise in merchant identification, acquisition, negotiation, onboarding and merchant servicing.
- Prospect and source new strategic merchants by conducting sales presentations via phone/the internet and face-face meetings.
- Acquire new accounts and hit sales target set by the management
- Ensure a deep knowledge of the marketplace platform environment to ensure full merchant understanding of our value proposition.
- Manage and adhere to SLA and other process related documents.
- Working together with Marketing team on offline and online marketing campaigns (product, promotions and partnerships) to drive business and growth for merchants.
- Identifies product improvements by remaining adept/abreast on industry trends, market activities, and customers’ needs
Who you are:
- At least a Diploma Holder
- Familiar with E-commerce marketplace
- Marketing background preferred
- Prior experience sales or partner acquisition (e-commerce, home services, lifestyle or retail) will be an advantage
- Wide contacts in the home & lifestyle network will be an advantage
- Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organisational ability
- Flexibility to deal with anyone inside and outside of the organization
