As a consultant in our Singapore office, you will support the execution of various projects across topics and industries.
Your tasks will vary between doing research, designing economic models, collecting and analysing information to formulating sustainability and impact strategies, developing training programs, and designing custom client dashboards. Your work will rely substantially on data analysis, quantitative methods, and Excel. You will work under the guidance of Steward Redqueen’s Director for Asian Markets. The exposure to assignments for various clients in different sectors will ensure a steep learning curve and will enable your growth into a seasoned professional.
This is a full-time function, but part-time (minimum 3 days) options can be discussed.
We aim to help all our consultants grow in their careers. We will support you in writing your own career development plan and will provide the resources you need to implement it.
Who we're looking for:
We are looking for an enthusiastic young professional with 1 – 3 years’ work experience. Relevant internship/work experience is an advantage but not required. The ideal candidate:
has a university degree – most of our consultants have studied Economics, Business, and Engineering, but we are always open to hear form people for different fields who have affinity with economics and quantitative analysis;
relates to making business work for society;
has an entrepreneurial spirit, is willing to ask questions and enjoys solving problems;
can demonstrate critical thinking and doesn’t mind challenging the status quo;
is committed to grow, both personally and with the business;
is good with numbers and has experience with Excel;
has strong communication skills, both verbal and written;
is fluent in English; proficiency in other languages is an advantage;
has relevant work or internship experience [not strictly required].
Candidates will be located in Singapore (relocation fees not applicable).
