This role requires the incumbent to foster relationships with key stakeholders/specifiers and secure new/existing business accounts resulting to increase company revenue.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
☛ Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, consultants and potential decision maker.
☛ Able to work independently or collaboratively with internal stakeholder and/or distributors to find Leads; and nurture them into opportunities for Sales.
☛ Create and drive packaged solutions for selling HeyGroup's Services
☛ Provide pre-tender technical support services (presentations/seminar, system solutions, budgetary pricing)
☛ Submit accurate monthly report, lead generation performance metric, follow up on initiatives / projects / campaigns that are deployed
☛ To participate and own Continuous Improvement projects
☛ Conduct analysis and provides recommendations related to emerging industry trends and expansion opportunities
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
☛ BD / Sales experience preferred
☛ Proficiency in English (Bilingual is a bonus)
☛ A good team player with good follow up skills.
☛ Self-motivated and able to work independently under fast-paced environment.
☛ Understand technicalities of pumping, mixing and treatment in the sphere of Water and Wastewater Treatment, confident of technical selling to Consultants.
☛ Diploma or Degree in Business/Marketing or related fields.
