What You'll Be Doing:
• 1st and 2nd level onsite support and resolution to technical issues involving network connectivity, network resource access, desktop clients, standard and client’s applications and hardware issues
• Deploy and configure desktops and laptops for new customers
• Perform service and maintenance of desktops/laptops/servers to upkeep their performance
• Support hosting customers on email issues and password resets
• Troubleshoot router/CCTV/firewall/copiers issues
• Phone/email/remote support via Teamviewer to our existing customer
• Recommend and upsell IT products and solutions to our customers.
